Ten UAE companies have made Forbes’ Best Employers in the World 2026 list, created with Statista after surveying 300,000 employees across 52 countries.
Emirates ranked highest among UAE companies, followed by Majid Al Futtaim, DP World, ADNOC, E&E, ADCB, Aramex, Emirates Global Aluminium, Emaar Properties, and Mashreq Bank.
The list highlights the strength and global reach of UAE businesses across sectors including aviation, energy, retail, finance, logistics, and real estate. Globally, Microsoft took the top spot, followed by Delta Air Lines, Shopify, Costco, and Nvidia.
